Exclamation Interior lights!!!!

my gauge lights dont have light, and my turn signal relay just keeps clicking, the stereo wiring is all messed up cause the owner before did a half assed job at it and my horn doesn't work, the relay just clicks when i press the button, is there anything that could cause these problems? i need thses problems fixed before i take it for inspection.

i did i found two, the back up under the hood and the radio clock one under the dash, but would that cause the clicking in the turn relay?

Relays are supposed to click. Hmm, I dont know if they need power to click, and if they do then the clicking is a sign the fuse is fine.

Lets hold off on the blinkers for now, thats more complicated..

As for the horn, if the horn clicks, then the next thing I would check out be that the horn itself is actually plugged in. Location depends on exactly what model you have, but generally they are located behind the bumper (take it off) and on or behind the bumper crash beam. The horn is about 3-4 inches in diameter. Make sure the connector is connected. Disconnect the horn's connector and use a multimeter to ensure power is being delivered when the horn button is pressed.

What year Civic?

For the dash lights, I'd check the fuse and the dimmer switch.

For the horn, if you don't have a multimeter, then wire power to it directly from the battery.

Regarding the turn signals, do the hazard lights work?
