EM1 Horn Keeps Frying Fuses
My 2000 Si's horn keeps blowing its 15A fuse. Since the horn and cruise control are on the same circuit, I can't cruise on the interstate or warn people to get out of the way. When I replace the fuse, I can get one honk out of the horn, then nothing. Has anyone experienced these kinds of fuse issues?

Is this the stock horn or a aftermarket one? A friend of mine had this problem with his civic and accord horn he installed. I ended up putting a rely into the factory wire and running a piece of 12 gauge to the relay and grounding the horn with the ground wire. Works fine now.
