H3 HID conversion
I'm planning to buy a 10,000k replacement H3 HID bulb for my 93 Honda Civic EG9.I had bought a 8000K H3 HID(Bosch) with ballast but i want to change it to 10,000k bulb.Can i change it using 8,000k ballast ?

yes. the temperature is only a bulb thing. the only thing the ballast really cares about is the bulb wattage. out of curiousity, why do you want to go darker? if anything, i'd go with 6000k instead. i run 4300k's in my low beams and fogs.
