XXR 527 Rims

I've got a 1999 Civic SiR (I'm from Canada) an I really like the look of the XXR 527 rims. My issue is I want the 17in ones but I'm not sure if I should go with the 7.5, 8.25 or 9.75. All I'm doing is lowering the vehicle probably 1.5in maybe 2". I can find pictures but I can't find what the size of rim or how wide they are that are in the pictures. Anyone have these installed on their Civic? The picture below is the best example I have of what I'm trying to go for. Not really sure if those are even the XXR rims but close enough to give an idea haha.

Those look to be 16x8 and they have a rather low offset of like 20, I would recommend 17x7.5 but you'll still probably require a fender roll to help with rubbing.

You think those are 16s!? Oh wow. I thought they were 17s for sure haha. Well now I'm really not sure. I definetly don't want to have to roll the fenders though.

16" wheels look really large on a civic but im pretty sure those in the picture are 16"s
