No idea... but Moda makes the same style

It's called the R4... Tire Rack has them...
They look like factory Neon rims.

Those rims have been duplicated so much I can't really say what brand they are, maybe Fitapaldi? TSW I believe was the creator of the original design and they called it VX-1. Dodge even has a similar style on their Neons....
