need info, ssr type c
so i might buy a set of 16" gun metal ssr type c rims off some guy on cl. one has a very minor scuff but other than that in great condition!
ive googled and cant find much info on these, however i know ssr's are somewhat high end rims (and the seller knows it
). correct me if im wrong.
anyways my main questions are what their made out of, if their forged or not, and how heavy are they? any other input on them are appriciated
but basically im trading my oem steelies and $100-200 for these. lol i know right? AND they come with tires with about 60% tread!

exactly what i was looking for. thanks bomber.
500 a wheel eh? basically im stealing them then, my steelies from the 7th gen got me about $150, so its like im paying $250 for a $2000 set of rims with tires. lol bargain shopping ftw

Re: need info, ssr type c
You're getting an insane deal..
SSRs are more prone to cracking than other high end wheels though, they truly were designed for track and not street use. If you're able to flip them for quick cash or trade for a set of comparable value that's more at home on the street I would..

Re: need info, ssr type c
i might do that. he said he would trade plus 100 cash if my tires are in great shape. i think they are but idk what he will think. only thing about flipping them for some cash is most people around here go for the big lifted trucks and all that. i dont really think anyone in ohio would go out of their way for a set of ssr's.
