Hey, I have a 1997 Civic. And was wondering if 225/40/18 tires would fit?

The 18's seem big enough. 19's to me, seem a little extreme. I prefer those over 19's.
The 18's I'm getting come with those size tires.
I was wanting to know if they would fit before I get my hopes up and waste my money in making the purchase and all.
