Rear Disc Conversion 1998 Honda Civic /EX/ABS/VTEC

I'm about to plunge into this conversion this weekend but have one unanswered question. Trust me I've Googled this a million times but NO one has addressed the issue of keeping the ABS - which I intend to do.
This EX has rear drums and ABS.

So I bought:
L/R Trailing Arms(TA) from a 94-01 Integra complete with Calipers, Rotors and e-Brake Cables, and also the brake booster with MC attached. TA also comes with teggy LCA - which wont fit this car..discard. TA also comes from an ABS model, I can see the reluctor rings on the hubs.

Bought eBrake Cables for 99-00 Si - read that the teggy's are longer and dont quite fit right without punching holes and tie wrapping. Nasty.

Bought the brake lines for 99-00 Si. This is from the chassis to the calipers held by the banjo bolts.

Plan:
1. Replace the trailing arm bushings - install
2. Get new Rotors and probably spring for rebuilt Calipers - install
3. Too many debates on the prop valve or questionable on what gains that will result in - will hold off on replacing those. Since this car has ABS and I intend to keep the ABS - need comments here.
4. Will replace the MC. Not sure here if this is necessary, since the car has ABS and probably a MC that is comparable to the Si / Teggy
5. Replace eBrake cables with the 99-00 Si new ones.
6. Bleed brakes Rear Right, Front Left, Rear Left, Front Right
7. Adjust the eBrake to click 3

Million Dollar Question re: ABS- Do I have to swap out the ABS harnesses? Can the existing one bolt on? From my research they route to under the rear seat to a 2 pin connector - is the Integra harness a direct snap in to the 1998 Civic EX? Can I cut the cables 12" away from the wheel and splice (solder, tape, and tape again) the ends where it bolts on the disc plate housing?

I'm all set EXCEPT for this part and I havent purchased the ABS Harness yet.

If you've read this and havent done an EK ABS Drum swap to EK ABS Disc Swap then limit your advise to the MC and Prop valve. I'm looking for someone who has successfully done the conversion and kept their ABS functional.

From this thread:
http://honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=641639
"2. delsol/Si rear brake lines (if you use integra trailing arms/calipers you need INTEGRA brake lines...they have a COMPLETELY different caliper attachment that WILL NOT work with delsol/si calipers)."
"If you use integra trailing arms with ABS just clip the line and forget it, never had problems on two friends cars using them."
"What I mean by harmony is that if you get a trailing arm setup for say, an integra but the brake lines were cut so you take it upon yourself to order up a set of Delsol brake lines instead of just being smart about it and getting replacement integra brake lines. All the various brake lines will mate to the same rear hard line but they different in banjo attachment (and sometimes length) Master cylinders are another beast in themselves. I won't get into proportioning valves in this discussion as I cannot find pictures to back up what I have to say."

The page i get them from is here - try to see if there is more info in there that relates to your troubles.

Hope this helps

Ok. I will take the advise on the Brake Line and Banjo bolt-up for Integra vs Si. If they're different I'll have them changed.

Read my notes on ABS - I want to keep my ABS. So no, I am not clipping any ABS lines.

Oh, sorry, I was reading through this other thread i found in the meanwhile - could not fidn the info about ABS, though. Yes, i understand you want to keep the ABS, but as you commented, it seems hard to find info.
Have you looked at these?

Re: Rear Disc Conversion 1998 Honda Civic /EX/ABS/VTEC

I am bumping this because I am in the same situation as the OP. I have a 99 Civic EX(D1Y68) with ABS that I just did a disc conversion on. The OP is correct about the lack of information on disc swaps intending to keep ABS.

The disc trailing arms came from a 2001 Integra that also had ABS. We hooked up the ABS sensors from the new arms into their harnesses under the rear seat properly, but I got immediate ABS light. Yesterday I read the codes via the jumpering method and they read:

15 - wheel senor (open/short to body ground/short to power) RR
14 - wheel senor (electrical noise/intermittent interruption) FL
16 - wheel senor (electrical noise/intermittent interruption) RR
18 - wheel senor (electrical noise/intermittent interruption) RL
54 - fail-safe relay

As far as I can tell I have the exact same proportioning valve as the 2001 Integra(46210-S04-852). That's about all that's the same though, front knuckle sensors are different part numbers as is the ABS unit, ABS modulator,ABS Relay, master cylinder(although I think they're about the same), front wheel sensors and of course the rear.

The trailing arms off that Integra were in great shape, much better than mine that came off. I don't believe both wheel sensors could be faulty. Is this just a case of parts inoperabilty? Is there anything I can do to salvage my ABS?

ETA: There was one strange thing about the ABS sensor wires that we noticed during the swap. The stock wires had brackets for attaching the wires to the trailing arm itself that lined up with holes on the arm. The abs sensors had brackets but they didn't line up with their own arms. We ended up just ziptying the cable to the E Brake cable.
