98 Civic EX is this noise bad?
I have a 98 civic ex and recently started hearing this noise coming from the engine bay. The timing belt was replaced in the last few years so I don’t think it is that. I bought this car back in summer, could this be from the below freezing temperatures? Any help is appreciated!
