I have a 98 ex is has been in my garage for three years ..hooked battery charger up on start blew battery fuse ..new distributor plugs battery block fuse and battery..I have power to the plug that goes to the distributor but nothing at coil or plugs ..when I first started working on it the horn when off like the anti theft was going off ..I have no keyless entry ..any idea what's wrong

Someone install an aftermarket alarm at some point in the car's past? Check under the dash

Factory distributor . No alarm as far as I can tell ..is there a anti theft deal that can block the fire to the distributor ?

Not from factory, only aftermarket or dealer installed.

Yes checked all fuses ..i think my wife hooked the battery charger up backwards ..that's what blew the battery block fuse ..could that have tried the computer ?
Of course she says she hooked it up right buy why would my battery fuse blew ...

Battery fuse should have protected the computer, but maybe not. Do you know someone else with a similar car you can test with their computer?
