D16y8 valve noise
My d16y8 has a valve noise at 2800 to 3200 rpm and is throwing a knock sensor code. Valves are adjusted correctly. Could this be the vtec solenoid sticking or not operating correctly-no code for that. Any help is appreciated. By the way car has 89k on it.

Oil hasn't been run low? Oil is full and clean?
