2000 Honda no spark

2000 Honda no spark
I have a 2000 Honda 1.6L. It started one day then died right away, did some testing and found it has no spark. Have replaced the cap (twice), rotor (twice), coil pack (twice), igniter (twice), and the whole distributor (twice). All fuses and relays are good, and the crank fluctuation sensor tests good, and still no spark. Any thoughts on what I could be missing or over looking?

I have a 96 Honda Civic with the exact some problem. I was thinking it might be something electrical but I’m not for sure. I’m really hoping someone here can help us diagnose this problem.

Testing everything but ECU and wiring to ECU
The ignition control module is in the Dizy for this honda like bellow. ...but if the dizy is new then the ICM was already replaced. Perhaps also check your grounds.
