I have a 2000 civic EX and it starts up and runs fine but once it warms up it misfires from cylinder 2 and dies and then won't start again until the next day

Perform a power balance (rpm drop) test on it (each/all four cylinders) by lifting coil packs one at a time from spark plugs. Lift coil slowly and hold in place to listen for spark quality. Lift further and listen for rpms to drop..rpms should drop and if not then it's a spark, fuel or compression issue. Doa dry and wet compression test on each cylinder.

Run it until it misfires and dies, then immediately check resistance of each fuel injector
