Question, this just started with my manual 1997 civic LX.... when first starting my car (it can be first thing in the morning or after being parked for an hour) when I'm in 2nd and 3rd gear it kind of sputters until I get it into higher RPM's. after I drive it for a minute its fine in 2 &3 also when I'm on the freeway (i avg 80mph) some times it will sputter 1 or 2 times, its concerning me that it will give out on me... any ideas?

I have recently replaced all the belts, water pump, radiator and thermostat (I don't know if that matters at all)

Do you mean it drops in RPM to a point where it feels like it will die?

Not really, it just acts like its not getting enough fuel or power.. It still climbs in rpmīs but even with my foot to the floor on the pedal it sputters as its trying. But like I said once I get it up into 4th gear it stops doing it, in till I park my car. Then it does it again the next time I start it
