2000 civic ex stalling issue

Ok i just bought this for 250$ with coolant and oil mixed. Replaced head gasket got it all put back together it is idling smooth revs great but but if i go to put it in gear it will stall if i dont give it gas. Before you say it its an automatic. It doesnt lurch forward or backwards when its stalling. I did cap off a couple vacuum spots on the intake could that cause this issue? Any advice or things to check any and all help will be appreciated 😁

I capped off B and C there was a hose already capped off i know it went to one of these ports.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Recheck check cam timing
Then check ignition timing
