Engine Mount Replacement 99 Civic EX

On start up I notice the motor moves slightly. I haven't inspected all the mounts yet. I'm going to order the mount kit from Rock Auto, DEA/MRC MK5510, for $38 on a '19 year old car, seems OK.

This seems like a good step by step:

Anyone use the kit?
Any tips for installation?

Test the motor mounts properly first.

Have someone operate the car while you watch the engine for excessive movement
Start engine and let idle to operating temp
After reaching operating temp engage brake pedal
Hold down brake pedal and put transmission into gear
Keeping brake pedal down, rev engine while in gear
Watch for excessive engine movement
Do same test but in reverse gear.

Normally engines do move some by design when accellerating. What you're looking for is excessive movement, possibly metallic knocking.
