Did you get the battery tested?
Test ICM and coil: http://easyautodiagnostics.com/honda...system-tests-1 (same test as 1.6L)

trys to start but sounds as if a pulley was locked
Did the starter crap out on top of everything else?
Is the engine locked up? (spin the crank by hand or with tools)
Is an accessory pulley locked up? See if the adjuster pulley for the AC belt locked up, or if the AC compressor pulley locked up (if so, just remove the belt and see if that allows it to rotate).

Um, as in it cranks unusually slow, or not at all?
Did the starter crap out on top of everything else?
