head gasket replacement timing?

Had my head milled out it was warped 004.Getting ready to put back together,Do i have to do anything special on timing?I know the marks have to be lined up on cam and crank but does 1 revolution complete the cycle to make sure i am tdc on compression stroke on number 1 cylinder?I guess my question is as long as the timing marks are lined up correctly am i good to go?

This.

Set up crank on TDC mark
Set up the cam and gear to correct position before you install the head

but does 1 revolution complete the cycle to make sure i am tdc on compression stroke on number 1 cylinder?
For correct belt tensoning procedures, follow the info in your service manual. My manuals say 6 revolutions before rechecking the timing marks and resetting the tension.

In conjunction with the service manual (6 revolutions) and Ezone's help at the time I found the tip in this video (start at 7:00 minute mark) worked well when I did a TB replacement:
