Hey everybody!

My 97 dx was engine swapped to a engine from a rear ended 97 dx with <50k miles but has had some oil problems for quiet a while now and with limited funds we have been avoiding a mechanic, but its starting to seem like its time.

It throws the error code (p0505 - idle control system)

Oil somehow is getting all around the intake an up into the airbox. It starts sucking the oil in and burning it at ~6krpm. I think im also having an oil pan gasket issue but atleast I know the procedure to fix that. If this looks familiar to anyone else please let me know! I've been searching for an answer but it seems like nobody else has ever had this problem before.

Holy cow! I'd guess a whole lot of blow-by, or PCV system clogged up/no vacuum, or maybe the baffle missing from the inside of the valve cover.
