98 civic ex no air from the center vents
Im sure this is a common issue but I bought a 98 civic ex sedan and the air only blows out from the 2 side vents but nothing from the center vents. what is the usual issue here?

Side vents were open all the time (IIRC ?) so....I'd think that the actuator isn't able to move through its full range of travel: Defrost, Floor, Dash...
