Recently Hearing knocking noises from my motor and showed a few codes (PO300, PO304), a first i thought it was my bottom block doing the knocking noises where i ended up doing a complete compression test, vacuum, spark plug replacement and as well as the spark plug wires replaced.

Its a 98 Honda Civic Ex w/ d16y5 Bottom Block w/ D16y8 Head. I was told my valves were needed to be adjusted, and I've been looking online to get some info on how to adjust the valves, the head will be taken off to do the valves since I'm replacing the bottom block in a few weeks.

Hopefully someone can help me out w/ this.
