driver side power window rolls up slow

I just bought a 2004 Civic. The driver's side door window will roll down but when you go to roll it up it gets about half way and slows way down. it will eventually go up now. any ideas where to start?? Thanks

Roll the glass down. Liberally spray the grooves in the rubber run channel seals, then run the glass up and down while spraying some more. Years of dirt and grime take their toll.

Only use silicone, do not use wd40 or other petroleum products because they can eat the rubber.
