Help direct me- no spark and multiple DTCs
99 Civic ex d16
Loaned car to a friend and wouldn't start after valet pulled it around for them. He said didn't act funny at all and no cel before. They towed it back to my house and it doesn't seem to have any spark and I have p0325 knock sensor, p0301 cyl 1 misfire, p1337 csf sensor no signal, p1336 csf sensor intermittent interruption and p0420 (oh yeah! Forget the car and blaze!) catalytic system below threshold
A rat or something chewed a vacuum hose a few weeks ago but poking around I can't see any chewed wires. I'm not really sure where to go from here. I'm almost worried it's a sign something more major failed- like distributor module or ECM or something. The car will run with bad or no csf sensor I believe (I fixed a semi-common problem a couple years ago where wiring going to it rubs on belt and wore through, good soldered and shrink wrapped fix on that and appears still tucked in safe position. The car ran fine just with cel when wire was severed)
Any advice or things to check is much appreciated.

Ok tested stuff and looks like coil is bad. Hopefully that is all and it just freaked out computer and threw a bunch of codes as it failed. I'll pick one up from Honda dealer in a bit and slap it in then let y'all know...

New coil and it started right up. Good lesson for us all, don't get freaked out by dtc. Just stick to basics and diagnose through like you're supposed to. I cleared codes and drove it around and bit and seems fine. Thanks for watching.
