Re: 1997 Honda Civic alignment issue
The only way I have thought about fixing this is installing adjustable control arms on the front (to fix camber) and rotating the steering wheel a few degrees right (fix off centered steering wheel).
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: 1997 Honda Civic alignment issue
My buddy just installed trailing arm bushings for me. This seemed to help the steering wheel being off. Could the trailing arm bushings effect the front camber being off on one wheel too or do you think I still need front adjustable camber kit?
If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Re: 1997 Honda Civic alignment issue
What did the alignment technician diagnose the problem(s) as being?
If the tech had taken SAI/IA readings, one can use this info to determine if the lower ball joints are still in the correct place (or not), that might only leave the knuckle and UCA to deal with figuring out.
Ever been crashed? Strut tower/UCA mounting points caved in? Upper BJ good?
