I have owned my EX for 4 years and its just over 179k miles. Work has been done on this car to keep it in pretty tip top condition. Though I do autocross it, I still get that my car is the cleanest inside and out at the track(parking lots mostly). But recently I have been getting this noise from my transmission(or so I have concluded). Attached are some videos of the sound (sorry my exhaust is over powering the sound in the videos).

So the problem is there are 2 separate "whines" the first is very distinct to just normal wear on the transmission and almost fully went silent after changing and topping off my transmission fluid (with the exception of reverse). The second is noticeable in the videos it starts at about 3-4k RPM in first gear and chatters until coming to a stop. Sometimes the noise continues through 2nd and on occasion 3rd gear. Also these videos are taken when the car was warm and on a fresh transmission fluid change. Though its been about 5days and the noise still persists.

If you have any thoughts as to what to check next or what could be the problem.

Keep in mind this is my daily driver and also I am in a money bind (why I got a civic) so any help is appreciated as long as I don't have to take it to the dealership...

PS I am a pretty good self taught mechanic so transmission work is something that might be an xmas break thing for me.
