How do you remove rubber trim around front windshield and how to remove sun roof?

How do you remove rubber trim around front windshield and how to remove sun roof?
Wondering how to remove this trim. Painting the car and it would make it a lot easier. Also removing the moon/sun roof would help tremendously as well. Searched for hours and finally decided to sign up. Thanks for any help.
