5th gear grinds going in

I have an Canadian 1999 Honda civic si I just changed the clutch after my engine swap and now the car grinds when shifting from 4th to 5th it doesn't happen every time though.

Did you put enough fluid in?

Yes I did I checked it again and it was bit over the full bolt hole
So I drained it to the correct level
