Car does not start, need help, see video. Ok, so my brother and I are trying to fix his car, 00 civic dx.
It has, new starter that works, new alternator, new distributor, new sparkplugs, and a recent oil change.
Battery has charge, and cranks fine, but it will not start.

Please help us diagnose the problem, we are running out of ideas.

Try spraying some starting fluid into throttle body. Remove the intake tube, open the butterfly and spray (not to much). If it starts, then dies you are not getting fuel.
Can you hear the fuel pump when you turn the key to pos(II)?
