2000 civic ex issue
the car runs perfect and out of nowhere the rpm gauge bugs out and stops working. but if i turn the car off and try to turn it back on. It will not start. It would turn over slowly. But if I let it cool down it starts up normally. Idk what the problem is. I hoping to find a solutions is to what the problem is.
