My civic runs but i need a new Exhaust manifold there is a crack in the header, and I need new O2 sensors



i was going to get the Exhaust manifold from here "Procivic" $373.00 kind of pricey , but il buy if i have too. then theres this "Auto Parts Warehouse " $218.00 Which one should i buy?

Steering Wheel / Clock Spring

I do not know anything abut cars but i love civics so i'm trying to fix the one
that I just bout. Ok so I took the steering wheel and the airbag off, the Clock Spring is jacked up so i need to replace it. Is this the wright one?

Also where do i connect the wires? The horn doesn't work and I dont know why? im thinking it's because of these loose connector peaces there are 2 or 3 loose ones.
