B18C1 6.5k limiter, no vtec
Hello all, after many hours searching and coming up with nada 
I have a question for yall. I have a 98 four door lx with a b18c1 swap, odb1 conversion with a p06 on chrome. It has an intermittent fault and I cant figure out what triggers it. The symptoms are 6.5k rev limit, no vtec, and it runs real rich (you can smell the difference). The engine has a password jdm cf intake, precision throttle body and a skunk2 intake mani, dc header with a gsr muffler. I tried swapping in a stock p72, a stock b18c1 man trans ecu and the problem got worse, sever lack of power and unstable idle, holding high idle and just generally running like crap.
