new help new to honda

i have a 96 civic sedan stick and when i push in the clutch it studder and some times shuts off the mods i have is headers back and intake and ac compresser is gone it idles fine but when i push the clutch in it studders pls help

Does it feel like it slips out of gear or about to? Have you replaced the clutch since you have had the car? It might be the clutch, throughout bearing, or pilot bearing

nah never slips out or feel like it but only when i come to a stop then hold in the clutch
