TSB & Recalls
Will my local Honda dealership fix any problems I find in the TSB & recalls for free, even if my warranty is expired? I found a lot of matches. Apparently, the previous owner didn't believe in maintenance.

TSB's, NOPE. They are for information only.
Recalls, yes. Unless the car is branded. Read each one to see if they apply. The dealer must run your VIN and the report comes back with open recalls that need done. They MUST be on the report. If not on the report, they do not apply and cannot be done.
