Windows moving off track.

http://autorepair.about.com/library/a/1d/bl068d.htm

Both of the power windows in my 2000 Coupe EX have come off track now. They slip off the front glass run channel and get wedged between the metal from the door and the mirror. I've gotten them both closed, but I need to figure out whats causing it. The VIN on my car fall outside the ranges listed in the link above, so I don't know if I need to replace the window channel or the regulator.

I'm going to do the repair myself, I just need to figure out what needs to be repaired, and I need to keep it as cheap as possible. Any and ALL help is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
