Every light blinking while running

Every light blinking while running I have recently replaced my tranny, clutch, battery and now the alternator with a refurbed alternator. Is it the alternator or something else, I also don't have a working speedo is this related or is my speedsensor shot?

On the lights: Make sure the alt belt is tight and not slipping. Make sure the mounting bolts are tight.
With the engine running and the lights on, unplug the connector from the alternator. If all of the lights go out, then the problem is the alternator. Hondas don't seem to like cheapo remans.
On the speedo: While you are at DangerZone picking up another lifetime alternator, have them check for codes. If there is a P0500 or P0501, then you have a VSS or wiring problem, which may be likely since you just had the trans out of it.
If no code like that, then probably a bad speedo head. The circuit board inside the speedo has issues (I don't mean the circuit board on the back of the gauge cluster).
