Idle rps drop near stall
2000 Honda Civic Value Package D16Y7
PO135, #1 Oxygen sensor faulty and replaced, MIL now off, however the rpms continue to drop from 800's to 600's when reaching normal operating temperature and power steering is used, shut off engine and turn on again to return to 800's, use the power steering and drops once again to the point that it will nearly stall, any ideas, can't wait to have my mother's car out of my garage
