Hi Guys.

I'm new here at the forums. I registered because I got a problem with my car alarm and powerlocks (I think the problem is related for both) and I need suggestions with regards to which could be causing it.

Here's the problem: The car alarm has been going off randomly when parked even if there is nothing causing it. When the alarm goes off, it tries to lock/unlock the car. When I am driving, the car alarm doesn't go off but it randomly tries to lock/unlock the car.

I will have the car checked but for now I think I am gonna disconnect the alarm horn since it might go off anytime and it will disturb the whole neighborhood. Do any of the members had this experience and would you know what might have been causing this?
