Wiping out inside of distributor cap before installing
The inside of my distributor just came from italy, and it's covered in white powder.. looks like something from when it was manufactured... should I wipe this off, or will it be fine the way it came?

IIRC, mine didn't have the stuff you were talking about on it. I'd clean it off just to be on the safe side.
