I bought a 97 civic lx with a jdm b20b alredy in it, with an ls transmission and ecu, and it seems to lack power. The engine seems to run good, but rich I am getting an iac valve circuit failure and o2 circuit low voltage errors with a scanner. I did the trick to bypass the knock sensor also. When I am idling the car will be idling at about 1300 and then drop down to 800 and slowly climb again.

It seems to idle a little better now for some reason, it still raises and drops just not as frequently . It still seems to be running a little rich and today I had the car jacked up and saw that the o2 sensor hole in front of the cat was plugged and a new hole for the sensor was made behind the cat. Is this how it should be? Or should I put the sensor in front of the cat and use the plug on the new hole?
