97 honda civic b-18

Went the to the carwash and washed the engine bay and cars running real sluggish afterwards and wont go pass 3500 rpms. I changed the distributor. Does anybody have an idea of what the problem could be? Help Plz....

Did you get water anywhere in the air box or on the filter or anything. Usually when you wash the engine bay out you have to wait till it dries. Also when washing the engine bay you are not suppose to keep the hose in one area for long. Just go and check everything out do you have any check engine light codes or anything.

its a p28 chipped out ecu an the engine doesnt come on for anything...
