Fuel and Oil additives, any advice?

I drive a 2000 SIR with 90 000kms, should i be worried about oil additives such as lucus? i used to use mobile1 with 25% lucus and that worked like a charm on my old jetta (376 000kms)

same goes for gas additives such as STP engine cleaners, would any of that harm or befinet my engine?

thanks guys.

only additives i would ever use are lubecontrol.com LC20 for oil and FP-plus for gas. been using em 4 yrs now and results are amazing. everything else in the stores is trash and i wouldnt even bother.
