Mileage.
Okay, I just need to ask a question. And I'm hoping that someone has the answer. Especially since I know alot of citizens own Civics.
I have the opportunity to buy a Honda Civic DX, year: 1997.
The interior is immaculate, and the body is perfect. The only problem is that it has 239,000 miles. And the owner now, is completly clueless about the individuals before himself. Meaning he didn't know how they took care of it.
The Kelley Blue Book says it has a value of 4500. But I can get it for 3000 tommorrow.
Should I go with this? Especially since its a first car?
Or start looking in other directions?

Help.

Re: Mileage.
hmm if it looks well taken care of and you do a good check inside and out without seeing major issues, it may be worth it. expect to put some more money in to tune it up tho.
