Factory radio wont turn on!!!

Factory radio wont turn on!!!
Hey guys!
well my 2000 civic si finally sold! I just replaced my aftermarket cd player with the factory one and it wont turn on!!!
I have checked both the power and ground to the harness and both are good. The fuse is not blown. The factory unit DID work properly before i took it out 4mos ago.
So my question is, WTF is wrong with it?! The deal is supposed to go through tomorrow and i have a non-working head unit!
IMMEDIATE HELP IS REQUIRED!!
