Performance chip ?
Am i risking any damage if i put in the E.C.U. chip that disables the speed limiter, knock sensor, and O2 sensor with a stock system????? If so what kind??

yes you are risking damage. Those are fail-safes that keep your engine from blowing up. Unless you have a built engine that can handle high revs and occasional knocks, then go ahead.
"chipping" isn't as easy as throwing something in your car. It needs to be tuned aftewards.
