Doors auto-locking-pls help!

Spontaneously the doors to my 2000 Civic Si-G started locking when the parking brake is applied after turning vehicle on, and unlocking as vehicle is turned off. I would like to know what "mode" my vehicle is stuck in and if there is a way to de-activate this mode back to a manual setting.

The local dealership has advised that my auto-start (Compustar) is sending the door lock/unlock message to the doors because it is malfunctioning and "confusing" the Honda system. The dealership did not listen/understand when I stated that due to some unique circumstance with the 2000 Civic Si-G the door lock/un-lock feature on the auto start never was activated. I have always required two fobbers; the Honda one to (un)lock/arm the car and the second (Compustar) one that functioned ONLY to auto start the car. Since the Compustar is unable to lock/un-lock the doors because the wiring for this was never done I find it hard to believe that I need to pay $650.00 to have the old system, which is warrantied for life, removed and for a new "Honda compatable" auto-start to be installed. I have also noticed they have cut the wires to my Compustar system (again interesting that it could still send out messages with all the wires cut) and left them dangling uncovered inside my dash. I believe they may have seen me coming a mile away... any help would be appreciated.
