Amp recommendations for boat

My friend is looking for a 2-channel amp that is stable to 1 ohm or even .5 ohms for his boat. Any companies that make amps with these specifications (I already know Orion does, so that is what I suggested to him so far)? I just don't remeber any others?? He likes US Amps because that is what he has been using for the past few years, but he said they don't make the amp that he wnts anymore...and I don't even know where to buy US amps online?

THx!

It can be any type of amp...he just needs one that meets his ohm specifications and take it from there. He is actually a really good installer, atleast he used to be.

I don't think Phoenix Gold or X-tant make 1 ohm stable two channel amps?? If they do, it would have to be really high-end ones that are prolly really expensive and really hard to find.

I'm not sure on models for the Xtant line, but the PhoenixTi series is 1ohm stable....you're right though, they are expensive.
