Installing Kicker Resolution components...

I'm just curious if anyone had trouple installing these speakers, the RS6 version of them to be exact. It seems that the midrange is a little too deep for our doors but I havent heard that the speakers wouldn't fit so I guess its alright. If you installed these or something like them could you tell me things to look out for and whatelse I need to put these babies in? Thanks.

Have you thought or tried putting a 1 inch spacer on the speakers?

Oh I havn't done a thing yet.. I just wanted to see if anyone had complications or suggestions installing these componenets before I started pulling off panels. It looked like they'll fit fine but I know I'll need a harness so that given and this being the first time I ever done a component install I want to make sure its done right the first time yanno.

When I put my fogates in I had to put a spacer in and also drill new holes for installation. The component kickers should come with a crossover with it so installing tweeter is no problem. I'm probably going to pull out all my fogates and go with kickers.
