I was talking to a guy about a 10" JL sub...he had it sitting in his trunk, no box, obviously didn't know much about it...I asked him if he wanted to get rid of it, he said it was mine for $10. I think it's a w0, but didn't exactly get specs on it, but considering it's ONLY $10, should I chance it?

it's still a sub, I would do it, if it's not what you want, you can sell it on EBay for 20 and get 100% profit...
