Dynamat Question
As far as I know... no... you can't. I got some on one of my jackets once and it has never came off. That stuff is REALLY sticky. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. Maybe with a razor blade you could get it off but that would take forever.
If you can manage to remove the aluminum constraining layer, use a razor blade or some other scraper to get the excess tar off. THen get industrial tar remover.....in all honestly, it would just be easier to buy a new car.....heh.
