diy for the stock speaker spacer?

i tried searching but i couldn't find it.. i saw a post before about making the front speakers as the spacer.. can i see the picture at the back of the finished product.. coz, i made mine about 2 months ago and i f*cked up the metal hook that goes inside the whole(tried fixing it but it rattles my side panels)... and now i bought new stock speakers so i could make a clean spacer without drilling holes.. i just want to see how do i not damage the metal hook when removing the back side... btw, my front speakers are infity 605cs...thanks in advance!

step 1, buy wood.

step 2, cut hole in wood.

step 3, cut out hole in wood, in teh shape of a ring.

step 4, screw mdf ring into door
